\n12. The main objectives of merchandising expertise are:
\ndefinition of cost of commercial products;
\ndefinition supplies of goods to the classification categories, which are accepted in the sphere of production and trade;
\nCharacterization of research subjects in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian classifier of goods of foreign economic activity;
\nchanges the definition of indicators of quality marketable products;
\nestablishing a process for producing marketable products: homemade or commercial, enterprise-manufacturer, country of manufacture;
\nDefinition of conformity of packaging and transportation conditions and terms of storage of commercial products existing regulations requirements.
\n13. Indicative list of issues to be resolved:
\nWhat is the cost of research facilities on the territory of Ukraine and beyond its borders?
\nWhat is the name and designation of the goods?
\nComply with the marking data valid trademark characteristics of the goods?
\nDoes the quality of the product requirements of the standards, specifications, providing samples organoleptic?
\nDefects has a specific product? Are these significant defects? Can be realized (operation) of the goods in the presence of the identified defects?
\nConditions of acceptance, storage and distribution of goods?
\nProperly implemented labeling and packaging of the goods? Compliant Product labeling and packaging requirements of normative-technical documentation or samples?
\nHow now, and when the product is made (in the presence of the marking information or the relevant supporting documents)?
\nHow do the characteristics of the relevant goods under the foreign economic activity of Ukrainian classifier of goods?
\nThe size of the material damage caused to the owner of the property due to damage of the property (in case of fire, flooded, etc.)?

\nTogether with the document on the appointment of the examination (involving expert) expert is given an object of study. Bulky items are investigated at the location. If access to objects is limited, the body (person) who is (are) appointed (a) expertise (drawn (a) expert) must (a) provide the possibility of an expert examination.
