Our center, based on the application (letter order), provides services to individuals and legal entities in the form of handwriting analysis in the direction of the judicial examination of the handwriting expert specialty 1.1. “The study of handwriting and signatures” on the basis of which, the center specialists draw up a written substantiated conclusions, which include answers to the customer (initiator of the handwriting analysis) questions.
\nAlso our center specialists analyzes previously conducted handwriting analysis and examinations in the direction of the judicial examination of the handwriting expert specialty 1.1. “The study of handwriting and signatures,” the results of which made up the conclusions of expert studies and expert conclusions as to their authenticity, validity and compliance with procedural rules and evidence-based practices.
\nOur specialists in the direction of the judicial examination of the handwriting expert specialty 1.1. “The study of handwriting and signatures” are highly qualified specialists with the experience of expert work more than 10 years, has a law degree and are certified in the register of forensic experts.
\nHandwriting analysis (examination) – a scientific study that has established procedural form, carried out by an expert (professional) on the basis of expertise in the field of judicial handwriting in order to establish the facts (evidence), have probative value for the business.
\n\"pozerk2\"Handwriting – fixed in the manuscript, which is characteristic for each person and is based on his writing-motor skills system movements, by which conventional graphic signs executed.<\/p>\n

The tasks of judicial expert handwriting analysis are:<\/p>\n

Identification – the establishment of a particular artist manuscript (handwriting, signatures) and the implementation of several manuscripts of the same or different individuals through the use of techniques of forensic handwriting expert identification, namely:
\n\u2022 identification of the person – artist of the manuscript or fragment thereof;
\n\u2022 the finding of performing various manuscripts or fragments of one or different parties;
\n\u2022 exclusion of persons on the basis of the established artist of stable differences.<\/p>\n

Diagnostic – establishing conditions for the implementation of the manuscript or the state performer through the use of diagnostic techniques of forensic handwriting expertise, namely:
\n\u2022 the finding of unusual letter;
\n\u2022 Establishing the nature unusual performance of the manuscript (temporary, permanent);
\n\u2022 Definition of “confounding” factors: natural (non-deliberate change in handwriting), artificial (associated with deliberate changes in handwriting);
\n\u2022 Setting the type of deliberate changes in handwriting (change within the shorthand form of letters, with the imitation of letters printed text, handwriting imitation of another person, perform unusual for this letter by hand).<\/p>\n

Classification – the establishment of socio – demographic characteristics of the manuscript artist by applying the method of classification of forensic handwriting expertise, namely:
\n\u2022 floor establishment artist;
\n\u2022 Setting the age of the performer;
\n\u2022 differentiation of highly produced handwriting on the degree of perfection of the system of movement.<\/p>\n

The objects of the judicial expert handwriting analysis are:<\/p>\n

\ntext – view of the manuscript, the content side of which is fixed by means of numbers, letters or mixed alphanumeric designations, capacity, respectively, not less than four words or eight digits, three words and three digits;<\/p>\n

\nshorthand – the form of the manuscript, which recorded substantial side alphabetic, numeric or mixed alphanumeric designations, amount, respectively, to three words and seven digits;
\n\"IMG_3542\"<\/p>\n

signature – type of manuscript showing the name (first name, middle name) of the person in the form of letters and (or) the conventional written signs, and is performed to certify.<\/p>\n

Indicative list of issues to be resolved forensic handwriting examination:
\n\u2022 Was handwriting (handwritten notes) in the document (title of the document and its details, the cell string) a particular person?
\n\u2022 Have the handwriting (handwritten notes) in the document (s) (name of the document and its details, the cell line) by one person?
\n\u2022 whether the signature is executed on behalf of the person (name, surname, patronymic of the person on whose behalf the specified signature) in the document (title of the document and its details, the cell line) by the person on whose behalf it is specified, or the other person?
\n\u2022 Was your handwriting in the document (title of the document and its details, the graph line) under the influence of confounding factors (natural, man-made)?
\n\u2022 whether the signature is executed on behalf of the person (name, surname, patronymic of the person on whose behalf the specified signature) in the document (title of the document and its details, the graph line) under the influence of confounding factors (natural, man-made)?
\n\u2022 whether the person who made the handwritten text of a document is (name of the document and its details, the cell line), in an unusual condition?
\n\u2022 Was your handwriting in the document (title of the document and its details, the graph line) deliberately altered handwriting?
\n\u2022 The face of the floor made handwriting?
\n\u2022 Which group in age handwriting belongs to the artist?<\/p>\n
